Sports Day and Summer Fayre 2019

Thank you to all the parents and families that have supported our sports day and summer fayre this year. We raised a massive £989 which will be used to help us create even more fantastic opportunities for our pupils.

Beamish Trip

As part of this term’s topic on Florence Nightingale, Class 2 visited Beamish Museum to learn about what life and medicine were like during the period when Florence Nightingale was alive (1820-1910). The children and staff had a fantastic day, completing a tour of Beamish Museum and learning how Victorian households and hospitals were run.

Ready, Steady, Cook to celebrate Healthy Eating Week

On Thursday, children in school took part in Ready, Steady, Cook. Representatives from Endeavour, Discovery and Resolution made a healthy meal in fifteen minutes in front of the rest of the school.
